THE CREATION TRIO

  All pokemon fans may be familiar with the three names Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. These two pokemon (Palkia and Dialga) have appeared in Sinnoh Journey series of pokemon. Giratina has hardly appeared in any series but it has played a big role in pokemon movies like :- Arceus and the jewel of life, Giratina and the sky warrior, Hoopa and the clash of ages. These three pokemons together are called creation trio.

  Long ago, Dialga and Palkia ruled over Sinnoh region. It was believed that these two pokemons created the Sinnoh region. These two pokemons are the controllers of time and space. In recent movies of pokemon, it is seen that the fight between Dialga and Palkia can lead to imbalance in space and time which can further lead to vanishing of the world.

Ability   :-  Pressure

It is believed that the time flows in accordance with the rhythm  of Dialga's heart beat. It can speed up or slow down the time. 

PALKIA

Type     :-  Water type, Dragon type

Height  :-  4.19 m

Weight :-  336 kg

Ability :-  Pressure

It is believed that space becomes more stable with Palkia's every breath. It can transport itself to faraway places or even other dimensions.

GIRATINA

Type    :-  Ghost type, Dragon type

Height :-  4.5 m

Weight :- 750 kg

Ability :-  Pressure

It has two forms altered forme and origin forme. It lives in parallel world where everything as in the real world is upside down, floating and lacks beauty. Giratina is the controller of antimatter.

     These three pokemon were created by the legendary pokemon Arceus which is also believed to be the god pokemon. On creation of Dialga, time came into existence on creation of Palkia, space began to expand. The purpose of creating Giratina was to control the anti-matter. But apart from that, Giratina is also responsible for the protection of Dialga and Palkia.

  Summoning of these pokemons require an arrangement called spear pillar and the ancient power of three pokemons the ones which are called knowledge trio :- Mesprit, Uxie and Azelf.

   These entire process can be seen in DP galactic battle series, when Galactic leader Cyrus summons Dialga and Palkia and then wraps them with a chain that is made with the power of knowledge trio. Through this chain Cyrus got control on Dialga and Palkia and ordered them to create a new world for him but thanks to Ash Ketchum along with his team who manages to break the chain. Soon after that Cyrus enters into the new world and get vanished.

CYRUS SUMMONING DIALGA AND PALKIA

   In pokemon diamond and Pearl game when the same situation happens, the third legendary pokemon, Giratina emerges from its distortion world and breaks the chain and frees Dialga and Palkia. It takes Cyrus along with it to the distortion world. After that what happened to Cyrus is still a mystery.

There are recent updates which says that there is a fourth member of creation trio apart from Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. It is not completely declared that this pokemon belongs to the creation trio. In upcoming pokemon seasons or movies, The pokemon company might introduce this new legendary pokemon as they are bringing awesome episodes having adventure, excitement, fun thereby making it fascinating for their fans all over the world.
